On behalf of two million Jeollabuk-do citizens, it is our great pleasure to hold the 4th Korea Prime Minister Cup (KPMC) International Amateur Baduk Championship in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do prefecture, Korea.  

Baduk is the best mind sport to open people's mind, and communicate and harmonize with each other. Therefore Baduk is getting popular throughout the world and it is gradually recognized as one of the most popular sports items in China.  

Jeollabuk-do is the hometown of Cho Namcheol, Lee Changho and many great Baduk pros. I hope this tournament have a great role in promoting and spreading Baduk all over the world.  

During the tournament, have a great time in Jeollabuk-do and make unforgettable memories. I would like to wish all the competitors the best of luck in the tournament.
